Have an idea but don't have a 3D model yet? Tell us about your project through our Request a Quote page. We'll discuss your idea with you, explore what would be needed to bring it to life, and work with you to determine the best approach. Once we understand the project, we'll provide an estimated cost and timeline before moving forward.

Yes. Once your custom project is completed, you'll receive a unique project code. If you'd like to order more in the future, simply provide us with your project code and the quantity you need. We'll use your previous project information to provide you with an updated price and production time.

No. If you have an idea for something you'd like to create but don't have a 3D model, simply submit your idea through our Request a Quote page. We'll contact you to discuss your project and work with you to determine the design, size, colour, material, and other requirements needed to bring your idea to life.

Yes. If you already have a 3D model but would like changes made, send us the file and describe the modifications you're looking for. We'll review the model with you, discuss what's possible, and provide an estimated cost and production time before moving forward.

The cost and production time of your project will depend on factors such as the complexity of the item, the quantity required, the material used, and any design work that may be needed. Before any payment is required or production begins, we'll provide you with the estimated cost and production time so you can decide whether you'd like to proceed.

No. You don't need an account or have to make any commitment to submit a quote request. Whether you have an idea, an existing 3D model, or something you'd like us to print, simply tell us about your project. We'll review your request and provide information about what's possible, along with the estimated cost and production time. You can then decide whether you'd like to proceed.

Currently, we accept STL files for existing 3D models, as well as images, drawings, and blueprints that can help us understand something you'd like designed and printed. We plan to expand the types of files we support in the future.

All materials and colours currently available from Moonelo 3D can be found on our Materials & Capabilities page. As we add new materials and colour options, that page will be updated with the latest choices available for your project.

Yes, in many cases. Send us the model and we'll review it with you to determine whether it can be printed and discuss any requirements for the project. You must also have the appropriate rights or permission to have the model printed.

Provide as much information about your idea as possible, including the approximate size, measurements, intended use, and any specific features you'd like the item to have. You can also include sketches, drawings, or reference images. We'll use this information to better understand your idea and discuss how it could be turned into a 3D-printed item.

Our 3D models are created in-house and are kept by Moonelo 3D for use in producing your project and making future reorders easier. If you would also like a copy of the 3D model file, it may be purchased separately. Just let us know, and we'll be happy to discuss the options and pricing with you.
